Q: Do shipping costs count for free gifts?

No. Shipping costs are not included in your order value for the purposes of free gifts. But if you're spending over $100, you're already eligible for free standard shipping.

Q: I used a promo code and I lost a free gift?

Yes, that can happen. Since our promo codes lower the cost of your order, you'll lose a free gift if the amount you're paying drops below the $100, $150, or $200 free gift thresholds.

If you're planning on using promo code you can add it before you select your free gifts so you know how many you're getting.

Q: I used my reward dollars and I lost a free gift?

This is the same as using a promo code. Reward dollars from our Friends with Benefits program lower the amount you're paying. And if you fall below the $100, $150, or $200 free gift threshold, you'll then lose a free gift.

If you're planning on using reward dollars, we suggest selecting the option to use them before selecting your free gifts.

Q: My friend got a cool free gift but I can't find it?

Your friend could be a Silver or Gold member of our Friends with Benefits program. We offer our most loyal shoppers a range of premium free gift options.

We could also have sold out of that particular gift. All our free gifts are available on site for regular purchase, and sometimes people buy them all. Finally, we update our free gifts with new products  over time so our long term customers aren't always looking at the same options.
