I actually had low expectations with this but when used properly it holds on tight, very tight. I tested it with the Jeff Stryker dildo which is pretty heavy. Upright it held suction, as expected. At a 45 degree angle it held nicely and it still didn't topple over, much to my surprise. Now the big test was to see if it would hold on a wall. Yes it did! Left it for 10 minutes and it held on at a 45 degree downward angle. We all know the standard vac u lock suction cups are notoriously terrible so this is a game changer!
